admin I think it's pretty ridiculous that people think that just because whatever celebrity named their baby some odd a$$ name you wanna copy it and name your kid that too. I understand you want to be "different" or "unique" but you're not being either by copying a celebrity.
Seriously think of the consequences, unless you're filthy rich and your kid will never have to grow up and apply for colleges and real jobs etc. etc. please do not name your babies super weird non-baby names like apple, or major, or zuma nesta rock. btw-I love Gwenyth Paltrow, T.I., and especially Gwen Stefani but I'm not going to name my babies like their babies, lol.

I totally agree with you....but I think society nowadays is all about being on the popular bandwagon....Naming a baby is a big deal because you're right....this is something that they are going to have to live with till the day they die! (unless of course they decide to legally change it...but that would mean you gave them a sucky name to begin with)Wow....what a big responsibility!

I get where you’re coming from on this! People copy everything celebs so from their clothing, to the way they act, what pets they have, what they name their children, etc..
Everyone tries to be someone they’re not and copies celebs because they do/know what’s "in."

i agree mostly. however when i heard gwen steffani named her first son kingston, i fell in love with that name. and no i dont particularly like her or no doubt so im not trying to copy

I think it is also because that may be the first time the general population has heard the name… Although personally I wouldnt use them just for the fact the are celeb kids names… I like the names Maddox and Harlow but would never use them!

Like you said these kids will be born rich they ened to work to be taken seriosuly.
Normal average everyday kids will and giving them odd names will make it hard.
I mean can you imagine our next president being named "Storybook"?
